About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Project Finance team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the clean energy movement, playing a pivotal role in the origination and execution of project finance deals to support the growth of the company's renewable energy portfolio. This includes leading equity and debt financing, construction warehouse financing, and developing a marketing strategy to secure capital partners. The role also involves market analysis, structuring acquisitions, and managing cross-functional deal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in project finance within the power, renewables, construction, or infrastructure sectors, and a strong network of investor relationships.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should be passionate about the environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to drive the company's growth. Responsibilities will encompass not only financial aspects but also leadership, relationship management, and a high level of collaboration. The role requires the ability to anticipate market conditions, excellent negotiation skills, and the capacity to influence decision-making at a senior level.
