The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Project Finance team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution and performance of project financing initiatives, with a focus on origination, relationship management, market analysis, structuring, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to make informed business decisions, and a passion for the clean energy movement. Responsibilities include leading project finance deals to support the growth of the company's renewable energy portfolio, developing marketing strategies, and engaging in market negotiations to secure capital partners. Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in project finance, particularly within the power, renewables, construction, or infrastructure sectors. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in project finance deal execution, as well as experience in managing a team and fostering a culture of performance and collaboration. While an MBA or CFA is preferred, it is not required. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and have the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. A strong network of investor relationships, the ability to travel, and experience in quantitative analytics are also key qualifications.
