Marketing Product Manager

Summary:
The Company Worldwide Learning Marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about events and ensuring the creation of engaging, compelling, and relevant experiences through various external events (both digital and in-person). The role will work closely with the Skilling Marketing team to carry out the events strategy across Tier 1 events, manage weekly v-team meetings, and represent the company Learn workstream in various meetings and reviews with stakeholders and executives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end event strategy for the Company’s Learn presence at various Tier 1 events, in collaboration with stakeholders and workstream leads across multiple organizations.
Represent the event strategy all up to various stakeholders across WWL, C+E, GDC, and Cloud Marketing.
Develop messaging outline, draft, and drive to completion, including review cycles and final signoffs, in collaboration with agency support.
Create and manage the event present budget and overall timelines.
Review weekly status with various stakeholders and identify areas of risk for delivery
Document best practices and rhythm (including templates, process, etc.)
Monitor and track program results and trends across areas and identify what’s working and what’s not.
Incorporate qualitative and quantitative feedback to optimize program offerings.
Coordinate and pull Rhythm of the Business reporting and insights for business reviews; Prepare insights from various reporting sources for monthly and quarterly stakeholder reviews
Work closely with extended teams to listen, identify specific business needs, and propose solutions to the Marketing team for consideration
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
10+ Years of Event Experience (if possible MSFT Experience)
8 + Years of experience Working with a variety of different stakeholders and leading those stakeholders across different work-streams (understand work streams and can summarize to keep people on track)
8 + Years of experience Project Management (Manage communications across projects and driving a work back plan)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
10+ years related experience required.
Understanding of Client’s solutions and products, including customers and partner ecosystem
Business maturity and experience working with senior executives
Exceptional messaging and writing skills
Great attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all communications deliverables, regularity and adherence to deadlines for RoB
Ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously and drive strong work-back plan
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
