We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team remotely!

Position Overview:

As our inaugural Product Marketing Manager, reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, you will bring MD Clarity to healthcare organizations across the country. In this role you will help define the needs of our large audience of healthcare executives and how MD Clarity can help them succeed. You will partner closely with product and design to become a product expert, and with sales, customer success, and marketing to refine our messaging and positioning to build the MD Clarity narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and user experiences that showcase MD Clarity's value to individuals and teams, leading to improved customer acquisition

Partner closely with product and design to ensure customer needs and insights are central to roadmap development. Drive the strategy around product positioning for major releases that can spark meaningful growth for the company

Activate the company around our target customers with compelling messaging, campaigns, and programs

Partner with sales and customer success to refine our messaging and positioning

Develop website content, webinars, and other marketing materials to establish MD Clarity as a leader in revenue cycle for the organizations we serve

Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform our product, marketing, and sales strategies

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven track record of bringing teams together to ship products and projects, and of using data to optimize decision-making

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence both internal and external stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building the product marketing function at both strategic and tactical levels

Customer-centric with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform your marketing strategies and the product roadmap

Education and Experience:

5+ years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies with at least 2 years in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare domain

The base salary range for this role is currently $100,000 - $130,000 USD annually. This base salary amount offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
