Deputy Director of Digital Partnerships - States and Coalitions

We are seeking a motivated and strategic individual to join Biden for President (BFP) as the Deputy Director of Digital Partnerships, with a specific focus on engaging key in-state influencers and coalitions, including black voters, Latino voters, AANHPI voters, and other communities of color. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate across multiple campaign teams to drive and communicate partnerships strategy around local influencers and national coalitions to reach and mobilize these key demographics in support of Joe Biden's presidential campaign.
Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships and strategies with in-state meme pages, content creators, and influencer agencies that cater to communities of color in key battleground states.
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Negotiate and manage partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with campaign goals.
Work closely with State Content Mobilization Directors, Coalitions Directors, and other HQ staff to align partnership activities with overall campaign objectives and messaging.
Help shape partnership strategies for digital teams in states, enabling them to adapt and optimize according to their local digital strategies.
Lead and manage an internal team of digital partnership coordinators.
Stay up-to-date with digital trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative strategies.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in digital partnerships or related roles.
Experience managing staff, consultants, or vendors.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform under high-pressure situations with efficiency.
Willingness to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
$95,000 - $120,000 a year Biden for President requires all employees to be "up to date" on COVID-19 vaccination status as prescribed by the CDC as a condition of employment, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
