Senior Professional Business Analyst

LATG is currently searching for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst.
The desired candidate analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing requirements, such as the Navy's Human resources system. They will have the ability to coordinate with our customer along with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Serving as a Senior Functional Analyst defining business intelligence requirements for Analytical application and reporting. The right candidate must possess experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements.
Responsible for decomposing high level functional requirements and writing system and technical requirements for development and testing.
As a member of a Task Order Team, you must be able to work well with co-workers, developers, testers, and customers.
Required Skills Include:
- Bachelors Degree or additional years of experience
may
be considered in lieu of degree (5-10 years req.).
- Experience
with US Navy's personnel and pay systems for both active and reserve officers and enlisted personnel.
- Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Buisness Objects
- Must possess at least 4+ years of strong PeopleSoft HCM

Working Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft HCM and business intelligence reporting software
ERP.

Must poses experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements in a repository or matrix.

Experienced as a Business Case Analyst responsible for decomposing requirements and writing requirements for coding and testing.
Position Requires:
US citizenship and a Secret Government Clearance. Only those with these requirements will be considered.
