Senior / Lead Business Analyst

The Senior/Lead Business Analyst will apply expertise in revenue cycle operations (US Healthcare) and technology to help improve our outstanding software and services. You will participate throughout the product development lifecycle. You will help plan, document, test, and troubleshoot software improvements. You will work closely with application business owners, developers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Gathering and Documenting Requirements, gather high-level customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other forms of documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, and facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements. Document these requirements, clearly understanding business objectives and translating them into system requirements.
Project manage development efforts; facilitate communication between the customer, business units and the development team from initial requirements to final implementation.
Design, create and test reports, and analyze results.
Provide subject-matter expertise and support to clients and to development, implementation, and support teams.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Qualifications 8+ years as a business analyst in a technical environment
2 years minimum of Salesforce Experience
Experience with JIRA
Experience in the Healthcare industry
Experience in all phases of software life cycle development.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong product management and analytical skills, including a desire to logically solve business and technology problems.
A track record of developing and analyzing complex reports.
Proven ability to think creatively about how to solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment requiring quick turnaround and quality output.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work with and influence peers, project teams, and management.
