Work you'll do
+ Act as a Project Delivery Specialist II assisting with drafting Functional Requirement Documents and assisting with regression testing to evaluate and improve existing performance management and performance evaluation programs for government clients
+ Develop and implement performance evaluation transformation methods utilizing a variety of tools, including Microsoft Azure
+ Analyze overall performance evaluation program methodology and provide feedback on both operational and technical aspects
+ Support client initiatives in a fast-paced, team environment
+ Work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
+ Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, Internet research tools
+ Give exceptional attention to detail and identify process improvement opportunities
+ Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 7 years of professional work experience
+ Active Secret clearance
+ 1+ years utilizing regression testing to ensure software updates integrate with existing functionalities.
Preferred:
+ 1+ years working with HRIS interface for military performance evaluation systems
+ Experience performing regression testing for performance management software at a public entity
+ 3+ years of experience utilizing MS Azure
