Coordinate key trade shows and conferences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Communicate updates and strategic initiatives to the leadership team, advocating for necessary resources.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
Candidate Qualities
Proven ability to create and implement scalable sales and marketing processes.
Strong experience in B2B marketing with a focus on healthcare, ideally in medium to large enterprises.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing teams, particularly in Series A to C companies.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for making data-driven decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Is this you?
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of driving results.
Experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of pipeline creation.
Passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
