Enterprise Architect
Your Role:
• Enterprise Architecture Design: Create and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that supports the expansion of the firm and is in line with business goals.
• Work together with stakeholders in the business to understand their needs and create
creative solutions that promote performance, scalability, and business value.
• To suggest appropriate technologies for implementation inside the company, investigate and
assess cutting-edge technology as well as market trends.
• To ensure uniformity and maintainability of IT solutions, establish and enforce technology
standards, rules, and best practices throughout the organisation.
• Create and update technology roadmaps that describe how infrastructure, applications, and
IT systems will change over time to achieve long-term business goals.
• Manage the portfolio of applications used by the company, including their retirement,
optimisation, and rationalisation in order to maximise productivity and match business
priorities.
• Recognise possible dangers and weak points in the IT environment and create plans to
address them so that data security and compliance are maintained.
• Work together with cross-functional teams from business units, operations, development,
and IT to make sure that business strategies and technology are in sync.
• Involve technology providers in order to keep abreast of emerging trends in the field and, if
necessary, to facilitate vendor selection for solution selection.
Your Profile:
• A master's degree in computer science or a related field of study.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the field of enterprise architecture.
• Prior experience serving as an enterprise architect with a focus on TOGAF.
• Strong familiarity with operational and strategic enterprise architectures, including
infrastructure, data, business, and application architectures, as well as associated
frameworks and techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of several IT fields, such as project portfolio management,
business demand management, software development, IT governance, and solution
architecture.
• Working knowledge of LeanIX is advantageous.

• Working knowledge of all organisational levels, including senior management and
operations.
• Proficient in communicating both in English.
• Proven track record of leading nationwide teams on intricate IT projects.
