Service Product Line Management IV - (E4)_

**General Profile**

The Common Solutions Service Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated candidate who has the technical and business acumen to drive semiconductor equipment service product and capabilities to success. The ideal candidate will engage with cross-functional teams to define goals, roadmaps, and formulate strategies to drive value creation for unique service products and capabilities.

This role requires an engineering degree, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and experience performing data analysis using software packages. Knowledge of semiconductor industry and exposure to equipment modules, such as robotics and controls would be a plus. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement service continuity strategies including part obsolescence, replacements, and forecasting models.

+ Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling across key service and spares business areas. Provide investment recommendations based on service and support needs.

+ Coordinate with intracompany teams to define service product roadmaps, drive new service capability development, productization and market proliferation.

+ Incorporate marketing requirements, business processes and elements of technical design to commercialize service solutions.

+ Provide guidance on pricing, spares strategies, and restricted part orders.

+ Provide engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.

+ Drive analytics capability development to drive business process improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Requires experience in semiconductor equipment and services. Marketing exposure is desirable.

+ Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in technical industry.

+ Proven track of record of successful completion of complex programs, product releases.

+ Strong analytical skills using software tools and presentation skills are a must.

+ Ability to communicate difficult concepts and convince others to adopt different perspectives.

+ Works independently, with guidance in only complex situations.

+ Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.

+ May lead cross-functional teams or projects. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

**Functional Knowledge**

Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field. Experience with Semiconductor Equipment, Server Controls and Robotics would be an advantage.

**Required Education and/or Certifications:**

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, additional business qualifications are plus.

**Years of Experience:**

+ 5-8 years of hands-on experience, specifically working with semiconductor process equipment

**U.S. Salary Range:**

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
