Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate various projects as assigned
- Manage office files and documents
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with order entry tasks
- Support office management functions
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Utilize phone systems effectively
Experience:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Fluency in English and another language
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Experience in project coordination and personal assistant duties
- Strong organizational skills for office management tasks
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication
