Superintendent Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Superintendent Qualifications:
3 years & proven background experience as a Superintendent in the Civil/Heavy construction field.
Strong knowledge in Heavy Civil Construction methods, Bridge and Highway expierence, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
OSHA certification and other relevant qualifications are a plus.
