Position Description:
As a Superintendent, you will take charge of managing subcontractors, ensuring top-notch quality control and assurance, providing unparalleled client service, and leading a dedicated project team. Your commitment to maintaining project schedules and fostering positive experiences for everyone involved, from subcontractors to the owner, will be paramount to our success.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience as a superintendent on heavy civil construction projects $50M+
Previous experience with bridges, earthmoving, roads, asphalt, underground, and storm drains
Degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or architecture
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and construction layout
Well versed in Procore, Prolog, Excel and AutoDesk
