Job Description

As one of our Account Managers you will be tasked with maintaining customer records, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting new business. You are responsible for account payment management, issue resolution, and assistance in service or product selection. The role also involves building and managing new partnerships and adhering to Key Performance Indicators and Standard Operating Procedures. Key skills include excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience in travel-related fields.

Manage a portfolio of airline and airport clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their service needs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring their satisfaction

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service enhancements and provide solutions to meet their goals

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to clients

Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Prepare and present regular reports to clients, summarizing service performance, achievements, and recommendations

Negotiate and renew service contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives

Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the company

Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally

Provide clients with updates on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to their operations

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts

You know how to use such programs as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Very strong administration practices for organization and project management

Customer Management is a passion you possess

Like to build long term relationships with your customers

Minimum age of 18 years old

5 Years of Customer Management or Sales Experience

Knowledge of the Aviation Industry

Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets

Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen

Physical activity may include:

Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, with occasional mobility in an office environment

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by an office environment

Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessary

Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means

Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and or fingers due to continuous typing or writing
