**Current Need**
We are seeking an Sr. Account Manager for Retail Support Solutions to join our team in Irving, TX.
**Position Description**
The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for executing our Retail Groups Supply agreements to their full extent, while managing the relationships with our external customers. They will regularly interact with senior management, internal departments and the field on matters concerning several functional areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accountable for understanding supply agreement commitments and for flawless execution of customer supply agreements and on-boarding of new business opportunities.
* Collaboratively manage ongoing relations with operations, credit, finance and other field or corporate organizations in order to optimize business results and customer satisfaction.
* Prepares customer business reviews.
* Coordinate the implementation and communication for One McKesson products and services
* Interprets and communicates account trends to management
* Participates in sales team presentations to further enhance business growth opportunities, enhance selling skills and gain knowledge of customer
* Coordinate company product support and lead sales projects
* Provide best in class service, support and value for McKessons key strategic customers
* Responsible for exceeding revenue goals for McKesson key strategic partners
* May manages activities of multiple, strategic account customers through internal teams who directly interact with customer operations.
* Reduce operating cost by improving internal processes, increasing adoption rate of
* McKesson self-help tools and systems, and by fully understanding customer business needs
* Responsible for staying abreast of and learning about all new technical applications, products, programs and services available to customers.
* Responsible for representing the company by consistently demonstrating McKessons ICARE shared principles
* Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations
**Minimum Requirements**
* Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
**Critical Skills**
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* 2+ years experience in management, sales, support, operations, or administration (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
* Ability to interpret, draw conclusions and execute against customer contracts
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management with both internal and external partners
* Agility to manage multiple competing priorities and follow-up to delivery against tight deadlines
**Additional Skills**
* Systems proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) plus SAP and Salesforce
* Working knowledge of McKesson or pharmaceutical industry
* Customer facing, able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals
* Strong verbal & written skills
* Project management experience
* Excellent business acumen
* Analytical skills coupled with Strategic thinking
* Problem solving, decisiveness and resolution management
* Ability to work well under pressure, strong sense of urgency
**Education**
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
