Our more than 600 dedicated Customer Service Specialists, nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners (NPs) and business professionals integrate and manage care for more than 20,000 patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD) across the US each month.
****Customer Service Specialist description:****
The Customer Service Specialist performs administrative and customer service tasks for the call center. You are responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing program information telephonically and by email. In addition, you are responsible for uploading forms electronically, processing incoming mail, and performing various administrative tasks as required.
****Customer Service Specialist duties:****
* Answer and direct inbound calls
* Communicate program information to patients, providers, dialysis centers and other caregivers
* Upload forms electronically, process incoming mail
****Customer Service Specialist requirements:****
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of either call center or administrative experience
* Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Demonstrated accuracy in documentation and data entry a plus!
