**Global Delivery Project Manager Chicago**

Our Global Delivery Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering key global initiatives to new and existing clients and markets. Youll work to ensure the timely execution of project requirements against hardware, content development, and software solution best practices.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

* Execute a project management framework for software, hardware, and digital production delivery with internal business units and clients

* Create and deliver on project plans for each project and manage expectations for delivery with clients

* Ensure that appropriate processes exist and are followed in relation to: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Quality Assurance, Risk and Issue Management, Communication Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management

* Lead development and deployment of CMS (Content Management System) solution with integration of customers systems

* Manage the development of content for our digital signage system

* Manage customer and internal dependencies based on active market projects

* Ensure that customer requirements are completed on schedule through engagement and effective communication

* Monitor and report on project progress to our client and leadership

* Simplify communication and drive coordination between internal business units and global Build and Product teams

* Provide visibility of the overall delivery progress across workstreams to business units

* Initiate timely and appropriate escalation management to address issues or risks that could impact schedule and/or delivery

**Skills and Qualifications Required**

* 5+ years of experience in an IT role within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)

* 2+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-work stream initiatives, preferably for CMS and/or digital application development programs

* Experience selecting and executing methodologies, standards, and tools

* Analytical problem-solving skills to review, identify and resolve issues that would impact the delivery Demonstrated ability to think out of the box

* Experience managing development projects from start to finish (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment), software development life-cycle, developing and improving best practices / process flows

* Strong project/program management skills with cross functional teams

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

* cycle and potentially delay an established implementation date

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and project/work management tools (Jira preferred)

* Be available to travel up to 15% a year

* Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; PMP certification is preferred
