Candidates who complete a successful onboarding and training period may be eligible to work at an alternate location in compliance with OA-ITSD's Distributed Workforce Plan.

This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Technical Review Team (TRT).

Documenting Process Flows.
Creating Technical Specification documentation.
Mentoring and promoting skill development and best practices across BA teams.
Developing and completing Quality Assurance Test Scripts.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing.
Serving as a liaison between business clients and developers.
Facilitating delivery and continuing improvement efforts.
Interpreting functionality requirements.
Defines roles and responsibilities.
Defines functionality based on user input and understanding.
Critical skills for success are high-detail planning, expert ability to communicate, and the ability to perform top-notch analyst work.
Ability to create and understand process diagrams, flowcharts, and business models.
Ability to identify and define the scope, objectives, and functionality of a project.
