Supervisory Responsibilities and Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Participates in the hiring and training of Service Managers
Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of Service Managers
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
Leading, coaching, and developing direct reports
Championing a safety-first culture
Financial responsibility for entire operation, including
Developing annual operating plans and other financial reports
Tracking throughput for on time delivery and work to meet customer’s requirements
Controlling, monitoring, and adjusting inventory levels and staffing as required to meet current market conditions and forecasted plans
Duties/Responsibilities:
Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the service locations efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers and supervisors; for major changes, meets with service managers to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
Improves customer service and satisfaction through quality and on-time service.
Delivers progress and production reports to Vice President as requested.
Sets direction and produces plans in order to meet Division goals.
Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in Body Parts, Suspensions, and Chassis in the heavy-duty parts industry.
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Able to travel by plane and vehicle as needed.
