Job Duties:

Manage employee turnover and retention by proactively addressing concerns.
Complete on-site incident/accident investigations and appropriate paperwork for all accidents
Oversee time and attendance for all employees.
Maintain attendance records, coordinate new starts, and appropriate pre-assignment paperwork.
Counsel site employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance.
Requirements: Strong communication skills and with great active listening skills.
Proven experience in a team lead role.
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
