About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving the brand's marketing strategy across all channels, with a focus on creating a comprehensive brand strategy to deliver profitable growth. This role encompasses brand marketing, consumer insights, PR, innovation, and content creation. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in managing the brand's presence from ideation to commercialization, and will be actively involved in M&A, brand integration, and managing several brand portfolios. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years' experience in marketing within the consumer packaged goods industry, with a proven track record of building and growing brands in an omnichannel environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing at the company include assessing and leading the development of the brand strategy, measuring marketing performance, and managing the marketing budget with a focus on ROI. The role requires a leader who can leverage consumer insights to develop creative campaigns, lead product innovation, and ensure brand consistency across all media. Collaboration is essential, as the VP will work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and with D2C channel owners to optimize marketing tactics. The candidate should be proficient in direct-to-consumer channels and have a strong background in operational marketing, including PR strategy, brand partnerships, and influencer marketing. A strategic, results-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams are also essential qualifications for this role.
