MLS Division Sales Executive

Overview

Job Purpose

As a Solution Sales Executive, you will sell the benefits of ICE Data and Fees to top banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks, and brokers throughout the US. ICE has combined the industry's best tools for sourcing key origination data and applying actionable business intelligence analysis into an unprecedented single vendor solution for lenders. This senior sales role is a high-level, high-paying and rewarding one with visibility throughout the company and is set-up for someone at the top of their sales profession. We are looking for someone that loves team selling, working for a great company, and bringing incredible value to the companies and people they serve.

Responsibilities

Be a rainmaker! Exceed revenue bookings goals and set yourself above the rest in the sale of ICE Data and Fees Solutions including origination fees data, tax data, and flood certification as well as BI tools for the same lenders, and more!

Sell in a team environment. Quarterback the sales pursuit by working closely with ICE Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Professional Services Teams in your selling efforts. At ICE, teamwork wins.

Embrace the ICE selling methodology and leverage the systems and tools available for you to track Opportunities, sell effectively and forecast accurately. This is a complex sales process because lenders at this level have sophisticated expectations.

Be an expert at Discovery and help facilitate Demonstrations that result in standing ovations!

Be ready to learn continuously as the market, client expectations, and available solutions evolve quickly.

Knowledge and Experience

7+ years of successful field sales experience with an emphasis on technology solutions

5+ years of successful field sales experience in closing large, complex sales pursuits

3+ years of successful field sales experience selling technology solutions to mortgage lenders, including large banks, is preferred

A proven track record of consistent New Business sales success with performance that includes hitting quota of more than $2M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue

Relishes selling in a competitive environment

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for building outstanding customer and internal relationships

Strong oral and written communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

Always curious with a passion to learn

Must have a strong C-Level presence and executive credibility

Proven presentation and negotiation skills

BA/BS/MBA required or equivalent work experience

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of 1 day per week.
