Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of client relationship management, tech sales strategies, and business development in the IT consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering strong relationships.
Support the sales team in lead generation, market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Help prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Contribute to various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Only accepting recent graduates.
Strong interest in account management, sales, and business development within the IT consulting sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
