WeareseekingahighlyskilledandexperiencedProductDesigner.Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality productexperiencesthatmeetourcustomers'needsandexceedtheirexpectations. The Product Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define experience design.
Responsibilities
Createexceptionaluserexperiencesacrossweb,mobile,andotherdigital platforms.
Developandmaintaindesignstandardsandguidelinesthatensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers,andresearchers,todefineandprioritizeproductfeaturesand requirements.
Conductuserresearchandtestingtounderstanduserneedsandvalidate design solutions.
Createwireframes,prototypes,andhigh-fidelity experience designsthateffectively communicatedesignconceptsandsolutionstocross-functionalteams.
Conductdesignreviewsandprovideconstructivefeedbacktoteammembers to ensure the highest quality of work.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Workcloselywithengineeringtoensuredesignsareimplementedas intended and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.
Buildstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersandevangelizetheimportanceof user-centered design throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s or master’sdegreein fine arts, productdesign,graphicdesign,orarelated field.
Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinUX/productdesign,withaproventrack record of designing and delivering successful products.
Strongportfoliothatdemonstratesyourdesignskills,process,and impact.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
Strongunderstandingofuser-centereddesignprinciples,designthinking,and human-computer interaction.
