Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Develop and maintain the Central region, including Tanjung Malim, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.
Identify and prioritize key target clients within the territory.
Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), Quotation, Purchase Order, and Invoice/Delivery Order using the SUNNET in-house system.
Maintain accurate and organized sales records for reference.
Initiate cold calls, emails, and visits to acquire new clients and generate new leads.
Visit / call 10 – 15 customer per week
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
4. Client Relationship:
Address sales inquiries from existing clients and provide solutions to their needs.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Product Promotion:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products.
6. Marketing and Sales Support:
Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures, and demos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
7. Market Research:
Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.
9. Technical Knowledge:
Apply basic technical and engineering knowledge to explain product functionality to clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries effectively.
10. Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
Summarize client interactions and opportunities in the reports.
Share insights with the management team to further refine sales strategies.
*The region this position needs to handle is around Tanjung Malim, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.
Requirements: At least 2 years working experience in sales in manufacturing/trading company.
Able to work with minimum supervision
Possesses own transport and willing to travel
Able to start the work in July or early August.
