Water Resources Engineer

Job Description Job Description Anchor Talent has partnered with an organization in the DFW area to recruit a Water Resources Engineer PE/EIT. This role will manage developer initiatives and projects related to any and all water and wastewater projects and improvements. This role will heavily focus on design of projects and initiatives.
As the Water Resources engineer, you will be responsible for all vendor and development relations for both residential and commercial projects. This role will also be supported by field technicians and EIT engineers.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously from pre-development to post construction
Maintain communication and excellent project management skills with all internal and external customers
Review and interpret water, sewer and sanitation designs while adhering to local government compliance and regulations
Subject matter expert (SME) for all technical engineering conversations, designs and planning for water and wastewater projects
Resolve all planning and development issues/concerns compile data, analyze, make recommendations and track for compliance throughout implementation
Review and approve requirements and compliance for TCEQ regulations
Evaluate construction and technical documentation and manuals related to water and wastewater systems and infrastructure
Coordinate with local governments and officials, attending zoning meetings and site plan meetings
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering program
Professional Engineering or Engineer In Training certification required
2+ years experience focused on water and wastewater management
Project Management and water system design experience preferred
Compensation and Incentives
Compensation: $105,000 - $117,000
