Description
The key responsibilities of the Data Analytics Manager are to analyze and leverage the data to enhance the quality of health care services, improve outcomes, and optimize operational efficiency. This person will report to the Director of Data Analytics and handle the following:
Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's healthcare objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, prioritize projects, and establish data governance practices.
Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights and patterns from healthcare data.
Generate reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time information on patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and operational efficiency.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading healthcare-related projects.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with healthcare data sources such as EHR, claims data, and clinical databases is preferred.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Data Analyst) is a plus.
