This company has an impressive portfolio that spans various project types, including hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, and retail. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in guiding project teams through the construction process for a diverse range of commercial projects.
Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all activities related to the construction of ground-up projects, typically ranging from $10-25M with 100-150 units. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of construction. Building strong client relationships and ensuring trust and value are maintained during the process will be essential.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To qualify for this role, you should have: A B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer.
Completed at least 2 previous hotel builds.
Proficiency in reading construction drawings, subcontract buyouts, financial forecasting, and familiarity with Atlanta's subcontractor and vendor market.
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
