Description
Oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel on site.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction principles and project management methodologies.
Demonstrates a track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects preferably in interior, municipal or multifamily, showcasing expertise in overseeing complex builds from inception to completion.
Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
Shows proficiency in project management tools and software, adept at scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
Displays a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic construction environment.
