As our National Accounts Director, you will be the driving force behind generating new revenue and nurturing existing client relationships through a consultative and strategic sales approach. With your ability to identify prospect pain points and articulate the immense value and ROI of our solutions, you will captivate Marketing Professionals, Directors, VPs, and Owners in the Multifamily Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Master our suite of Respage products and services, becoming an expert in how they align with the multifamily industry's needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly forecasted goals, fueling Respage's growth and success.

Cultivate and nurture a specific list of property management companies as National Accounts, building a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.

Represent Respage at industry events, trade shows, and client visits, showcasing our cutting-edge offerings and forging valuable connection

Grow Revenue through online demonstrations, marketing strategies, and in-person meetings by representing our products and services within your account list

Collaborate closely with Account Management to foster relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive expansion within our existing customer base.

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge and proven experience in Multifamily Digital Marketing, encompassing social media, paid search, social advertising, reputation management, analytics, AI, CRM and more.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, cultivating business from scratch, generating referrals, and leveraging your extensive professional network.

Strong skills in building and nurturing customer relationships, driving growth and expansion within existing accounts.

A track record of achievement in solution-based selling within the multifamily industry.

Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, showcasing your self-starting nature, independent motivation, team spirit, and hunger for commission-driven success

Minimum of 4 years of Multifamily Digital Marketing/Technology Sales experience, coupled with solid industry relationships.
