**Responsibilities:**
* Check to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to address the customer's issues.
* Promptly ensure that customer requests are addressed professionally and thoroughly by telephone, e-mail and face-to -face meetings.

**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma required
* Prior experience in an office is a plus.
* Must have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Google, and able to learn new software quickly.
* Must exhibit professionalism, excellent interactive skills, and strong customer service.
* Must display strong analytical and organizational skills.
