What’s the role about?

As part of our West Coast team, you’ll be joining as our Area Manager who is responsible for the success of 15 stores within the West Coast market leading a team of Store Managers and Concession Managers to drive and deliver the highest results in all performance metrics throughout their stores.

You will be required to travel for this role.

What you’ll be doing

Spearheading the execution of an exceptional Reiss experience through leading the Retail management teams to focus on delivering a selling culture where everyone thinks ‘customer first’.

Developing & Owning Trade It Plan for market & drive business owner culture through Store Managers with regular business review process in place to achieve continued market growth.

Full ownership of the market P&L with clear structure & process in place to monitor and manage the controllable costs within the Region including payroll, stock loss and store costs.

Identifying product and ranging opportunities by market and work with Merchandising teams to implement any changes required by market to cater for the local customer.

Develop excellent relationships with partner store hosts at retail & corporate level and use these to influence improved locations, new stores and relevant, appropriate event opportunities.

Provide feedback on the current and planned visual direction to the VM function to ensure store layouts, windows and mannequins are both commercial and brand relevant with the customer journey & experience a priority.

Establish a talent strategy for the market utilizing recruitment, onboarding & development tools to build a high performing team with a clear internal succession plan.

What you'll ideally bring to the role

You have remote/field-based management or multi-site experience within retail industry.

You have store first mindset with the ability to identify problems and action improvements.

Strong leadership qualities and demonstrated ability to hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.

You are target-focused and results-driven with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Effective communicator and influencer.

Well organized with time management skills.

Self-motivated and team oriented.
