Required Qualifications:
* Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree* OR Completion of a Legal Apprenticeship.
* Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.* 3+ years experience as a practicing attorney with a law firm or in-house experience* OR equivalent practice of law.
* Experience supporting complex commercial transactions on a first-chair basis.

* Citizenship Verification:This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate's citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in supply chain issues and transactions, intellectual property, and technology transactions.* Experience counseling and working with sourcing, engineering, program management, and other non-legal clients on complex commercial an regulatory issues.* Outstanding negotiation and collaboration skills.
Legal Counsel IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
