Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Development Team Lead to oversee the development and implementation of software applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage a team of developers effectively. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide the team through complex projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Hybrid Role – 3 days in office (T-TH)
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of software projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Act as the technical expert for the .NET framework, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous testing procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. Address and resolve any issues or bugs promptly.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance. Implement best practices and standards in software development.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and procedures. Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and support ongoing learning and development.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C#, .NET and .NET Core.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (Angular, React).
Experience with database design and SQL (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (Azure DevOps, Git, SVN).
