We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
Role Overview
• Responsible for Web-based design, develop and deployment.
• According to the system requirement specification, compile system design documentation after system design.
• Resolve the technical problems during development.
• Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identifying optimal technical solutions.
• Drive or contribute to development standards as necessary.
• Assists the team members to resolve the development issues
• Adherence to the quality standards followed in the team
Basic Qualifications
• Total of 10+ Years of experience in .Net development
• 5+ Years of experience in leading a technical team.
• Should write efficient (such as re-usable, optimal, etc) and well documented code
• Candidate should be able to work in global development environment and take up leadership in providing the IT solution.
Experience working on EPIC integrations is preferred.
Healthcare provider and/or Pharmacy industry experience is preferred
• Must have development experience on .NET framework, SQL Server, Web Services, Agile - Scrum
• Nice to have knowledge on Java/JEE application development
Role Responsibilities
• Lead development team, Track the work allocated, review the code, Guide team.
• Design, code, test and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications
• Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications
• Independently develop one or more modules from specifications

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70.00 to $78.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
