Responsibilities:

The Account Executive is considered a strategic sales resource with the responsibility of developing, implementing, and executing business plans to further grow relationships and increase revenue-producing opportunities within a select number of our large, enterprise customers. This is achieved by creating and maintaining strong relationships, supporting specific business partner initiatives, leading the communication and interaction between Pareto and the business partner, and identifying areas for the sale of consulting services. The job requires the individual to expand a client base through phone call/sales and networking with decision makers in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires a highly self-motivated, career-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality. Account development, business partner relations, and negotiations of terms and pricing are required skills.

Maintain and cultivate business partner relationships at the management and executive levels

Develop new prospects and interacts with existing relationships to increase sales of consulting/contingent search services.

Leverage industry knowledge, applications, and technology/accounting/finance market knowledge in order to find and close opportunities

Build, analyze, and manage sales funnel and pipeline

Attend networking and business partner/Pareto-sponsored events

Maintain the overall revenue growth, business partner/customer satisfaction, and the majority of the scope of Company’s relationship within the large account portfolio; including retentions and acquisition activities

Administrative responsibilities will relate to documentation, reporting, and sales/pipeline projections

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

History of successful sales goal achievements

Exceptional communication, organization and problem-solving skills

Highly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision

Professional image and demeanor

Preferred - knowledge of or previous experience within the technology, accounting, and/or finance functions of a corporate entity Business writing experience
