We are looking for an **Warehouse Lead**, based in **Torrance, CA** to plan, direct and coordinate the operations at the facility. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. It's an exciting time to join the syncreon team!
****About the Role****
**How you will contribute**
* Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
* Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
* Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
* Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Your Key Qualifications**
* HS Diploma / GED.
* Experience in a Lead role.
* Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
* Prior forklift experience.
