Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the IT industry? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a passionate, self-driven candidate for an exciting new role within our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Program Team as a Co-Sell Initiatives Manager supporting sales compensation programs. We are hiring an experienced Manager to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Programs team to lead a team responsible for owning mechanisms that enable APN Partners with software products to reach more customers and align with the AWS sales organization, including through sales compensation. The successful candidate will utilize their understanding of technical sales, sales compensation strategy and compensation operations.

In this role, you will help your team work backwards from the AWS sales organization to understand their needs as well as their customers’ needs, and help expand sales compensation programs to ensure the field sales organization is incentivized to effectively co-sell with APN ISV Partners. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams around the world including directly with APN Partners, Partner Management, APN Programs, AWS Sales leadership, AWS Sales operations and AWS Revenue operations to support partners in reaching more customers through industry leading partner programs. This leader is responsible for both designing and executing new programs, as well as working with their team to deliver improvements to existing programs that impact customer experience (usability, performance metrics, and impact to organization-level goals). The successful candidate must be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
