**Position Summary:**
Visualizing, characterizing & quantifying the transcriptomic profiles of various diseases has become imperative to advancing science, particularly in the following fields: Single-cell biology, Neuroscience, Oncology, Infectious Disease and Gene Therapy. The Bio-Techne Spatial Biology product line addresses this burgeoning field with our ability to visualize & quantify any gene, in any species, in any tissue/cell down to single-molecule, single-cell level. **Ideal candidate for this role will be located around Seattle, WA and the territory is covering the Pacific Northwest with primary accounts in** **Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, BC.**

**Business Acumen**
+ Development of a strategic territory and account-specific sales plan.
+ Accountability to execute plan and meet sales quotas.
+ Effectively prospect and generate new customer leads – hunter mentality.
+ Delivery of technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Spatial Biology Division products and their capabilities.
+ Demonstrate role and relevance of the Advanced Cell Diagnostics product portfolio and provide consultation support to our customers.
+ Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in a collaborative sales process.
+ Partner cross-functionally to appropriately address the needs of customer base.
+ Engage customers in both simple and complex sales environment.
+ Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in the customer organization.
+ Successfully navigate representing new technology and ACD brand.
+ Engage in accurate forecasting and Salesforce.com activities.
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience:**
+ **BSc or higher in Molecular Biology or related life science field.**
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ **1+ years commercial Life Science Sales experience, particularly directed toward Academic & Government institutions.**
+ **Goal oriented, competitive, persistent, new customer recruitment focus. Constantly striving for personal growth.**
