Digital Transformation Lead The Opportunity:

Act as a subject matter expert in integrating business goals and objectives with specific Information Technology (IT) strategies, programs, initiatives, and investments.You will advise organizational leadership on emerging technologies and how to implement them, applying knowledge in focus areas such as IT governance, data and information management, and IT industry research. You'll work alongside leadership to ensure IT and business planning are fully integrated to increase business capability and value, reduce cost and risk, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. You will manage subordinate management or experienced specialist employees who exercise latitude and independence. You'll interact frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications. You will lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
In this role, you'll directly impact the client organizations by helping to deliver a mission-enabling, consistent, and continuous IT user experience for all client employees. You Have:
6+ years of experience with client-facing IT consulting
Experience with defining, establishing, leading, and implementing te chn ology transformation projects
Experience with developing IT strategy and c ond ucting IT strategy assessments, capturing current or targeted states, developing performance metrics and tracking performance, and building actionable recommendations or roadmaps
Experience with supporting AI or analytics for enterprise customers or organizations
Experience with communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to show te chn ical expertise and perform deep-dive te chn ical activities with application, data, and infrastructure teams, as needed
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with data management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including data architecture, data science, and data quality
Experience with systems analysis and design, requirements engineering, technical documentation, and establishing enterprise-wide Agile processes and standards to increase organizational effectiveness
Experience with modern Cloud platforms and operating systems, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
Experience with Scrum software development methodologies
Knowledge of IT requirements analysis, operations and logistics, organizational analysis and design, performance management, program management, and project management preferred
Knowledge of business case analysis, business process analysis, business transformation, or organizational change management preferred
Ability to research, conceptualize, and create IT strategy tools and products tailored for client initiatives and organizational needs, including DevOps assessments or Cloud migration roadmaps
Master's degree
AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification
Prosci Change Management Certification or Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
