You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as an IT business analyst, you’re highly skilled in both. Here, you’ll have the chance to lead an agile team as they develop digital products to solve your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

Act as a subject matter expert in integrating business goals and objectives with specific Information Technology (IT) strategies, programs, initiatives, and investments. You will advise organizational leadership on emerging technologies and how to implement them. You'll work alongside leadership to ensure IT and business planning are fully integrated to increase business capability and value, reduce cost and risk, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. You will manage subordinate management or experienced specialist employees who exercise latitude and independence. You'll interact frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications. You will lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

You Have:

5+ years of experience with system modernization supporting enterprise business systems

5+ years of experience with strategic consulting, including the facilitation of information studies and analysis

5+ years of experience with systems analysis and design, requirements engineering, technical documentation, and establishing enterprise-wide Agile processes and standards to increase organizational effectiveness

Experience with mitigating challenges and developing creative solutions to address resistance and barriers to adoption in a dynamic environment

Experience with identifying success metrics and analyzing data to determine the impact of change efforts

Experience with supporting AI or analytics for enterprise customers or organizations

Experience with communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience with leveraging expertise in data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving work

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with data management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including data architecture, data science, and data quality

Experience with software development and enterprise architecture using standard frameworks

Experience with modern Cloud platforms and operating systems, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

Experience with delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including data management, governance, or analytics within government or regulated environments

Experience with Scrum software development methodologies

Master's degree

AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification

Prosci Change Management Certification

Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
