About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for developing and aligning a people strategy that reflects the biotech culture while integrating with the broader plans of the parent organization. This role involves supporting the hiring of key leaders, overseeing employee relations, and providing strategic HR business partner expertise to maximize organizational performance. The VP will also be involved in organizational design, talent management, and culture change, and must be adept at using metrics and analytics to drive organizational effectiveness.Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a college or university degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including a background in biotech or pharma.
