Vice President, Human Resources / People Development (Employee Lifestyle Team)

Your Team:
As a key member of Fenton leadership, you will collaborate closely with like-minded individuals within HG Fenton Company, collectively dedicated to creating a positive and flourishing employee experience. This position partners heavily with the VP, Culture and Organizational Design to achieve common goals.

Leadership:
Live, inspire, foster, and acknowledge company values and Fenton culture.
Utilize outcome-based leadership, SSL, SLII, Predictive Index, and other foundational tools.
Strategic Business Partnership:
Act as a proactive partner and key resource, supporting leaders in building dynamic, engaged, effective teams.
Brainstorm, action plan, mentor, and role model to support leaders in achieving strategic goals.
Lead the Employee Lifestyle Team:
Establish and communicate department vision, goals, and objectives aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
Develop and implement short and long-term ELT strategies contributing to the company’s growth.
Hire, train, develop, and coach staff for individual, department, and company success.
Talent Attraction and Recruitment:
Strategically lead talent attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies.
Lead development, implementation, and communication of the Fenton employment brand.
Ensure effective and cost-efficient recruitment processes managed by the Lead Recruiter.
Talent Development:
Lead and oversee onboarding, performance management, employee development, and training systems.
Oversee promotions, transfers, and employee relations strategies aligned with Fenton values.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and effective execution of the employee opinion survey.
Operations, Systems, and Processes:
Lead strategy and execution of Benefits Program, Payroll Process, 401K, Employee Leaves, and HRIS.
Ensure programs are aligned with business objectives, company values, and create a positive employee experience.
Utilize technology to enhance culture and company connectivity.
Self-Leadership:
Utilize Situational Self Leadership (SSL & SSLII) knowledge and skills.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with EVP, Administration for enhanced effectiveness and satisfaction.
Required Experience:
5+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably as the head of Human Resources/Talent Management/People Operations.
Successful track record partnering with business leaders for strategic objectives.
Culture and values; stewardship experience.
Demonstrated success in change management and process improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
College degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS experience (UKG preferred), and SharePoint.
Strong people management, development, and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical skills in talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, culture, and effective process improvement.
Knowledge and experience using The Predictive Index, Situational Leadership II, and Self Leadership are advantageous.
Compensation:
Fenton’s commitment to performance-based compensation ensures a motivating and competitive package. The total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 (base plus bonus) per year. Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
