Position Description
Issues Management - Temporary Program Manager
Duration: 4 Months
Work Location: Hybrid work: Mon-Wed in the office. Thurs & Friday remote, but flexible)
Work Schedule: (Normal EST business hours, 8-5 Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $57-$64
Project Overview:
The Risk, Compliance and Integrity Issues Management Team (RCI IMT) is responsible for maintaining a centralized program that captures and catalogs an accurate and complete view of compliance issue activity throughout the enterprise to various governance bodies. The team’s objectives are to drive transparency into compliance risks, ensure a consistent approach to capturing compliance issues and risk reviews through the OCI ecosystem, and provide tools, processes, and guidance for identification and submission of those compliance issues and risk reviews
Overall Responsibilities:
Support RCI Issues Management Lead, including: Oversight of 200+ identified issues and related stakeholders; meetings and email responses; direct involvement in guiding stakeholders through the issues management process
Submit issues requiring a risk review for cross-functional diligence team, facilitate related stakeholder discussions, and document in templated memo
Schedule and coordinate High and Critical rated risk reviews for approval and approval, including review of materials prepared; meet with stakeholders as necessary to discuss potential issues or provide overview of issue and/or risk review process
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to email inquiries, especially regarding issues
Capture progress of High and Critical Issues in on-going report
Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Education: BS/BA in business related field
Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility: 5+ years of business experience, focused on Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role: Stakeholder interaction, meeting facilitation, capturing details related to risks, issues and / or remediation plans to address gaps
Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google apps, such as Sheets

Good communications skills, strong organizational skills

Pay Details: $57.00 to $64.00 per hour
