Pay rate: $77.00 -82.00/hour DOE

Summary:
Client Ecosystems Programs & Operations team is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dedicated team at Client. The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing training and enablement to various Client customer-facing teams, such as onboarding, customer success, product support, and sales. They will ensure these teams are fully equipped with all the necessary knowledge and skills to aid customers in the efficient setup of Technology Partner integrations, such as Shopify, Facebook, Google, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities: -
Develop and execute training programs for human assistance teams on selecting technology partner integrations.
Use proof points effectively underpinned by data, to verify and improve our training methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary integration insights and stay abreast with the latest trends in technology partner interactions.
Supervise the creation of resource materials, such as user manuals and walkthroughs to support learning outcomes.
Provide direct support and teaching to team members to expand their knowledge of integrations and product offerings.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Pioneer the integration of product knowledge management and be the point person for guidance and support.
Skills Set:
Qualifications: -
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience (preferably 10 years) in Program Management, Product Marketing Management, Product Education, or Sales Enablement - preferably in the technology sector.
Proven success in developing and implementing scalable training & enablement programs in the tech industry.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influential communication abilities.
A customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating quality user experiences.
