Human Resources Administrator - Shared Services and Reception

This Human Resources Administrator in our Shared Services department assists to manage HR documents, update internal databases and provide ongoing support for ASC employees while assisting with managing reception at the front desk of our corporate office.

What will you be doing at American Senior Communities?

Assists with onsite and virtual employee file audits which may include new hires, I-9, Licensure checks, Health and Hospital Corporation (HHC) audits.

Responsible for additional duties as front desk receptionist on a part-time basis, greeting all employees and guests at the main entrance of the corporate office.

Answering a multi-circuit telephone, responding to questions from internal and external customers.

Processing of Electronic Data Sheet (EDS) both paper and electronic.

Assist with scanning and uploading of paper files and information into the employees electronic file.

Monitoring and processing of background checks, drug screens and fingerprints.

May facilitate home office new hire orientation

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Six months to one year of HR related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

Intermediate or advanced knowledge with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS.
