Responsibilities
Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data;
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms;
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content;
Conduct social media contents and maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels;
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments;
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics;
Monitor campaign key performance indicators, and optimize online engagement rates for impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, revenue, conversion rates, CPC, and CPM;
Coordinate with and provide direction to team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to analyze and monitor the various campaign opportunities;
Promote campaigns through various mediums and channels including websites, email, social media, and other advertising channels;
Prepare digital marketing briefs that include creative, copy and featured merchandise direction;
Maintain up-to-date email and SMS marketing calendar;
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years in a similar role or at a similar capacity OR;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space;
Must have a strong sense of brand voice;
Pay Per Click Campaign Management - Experience in Google Adwords is a plus.
