We are looking for a customer service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Responsibilities
Provide first contact resolution for all IT-related issues
Walk users through problem-solving process according to safe work practices consistent with corporate policy
Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level support
Follow up to provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Monitor and maintain software and hardware inventory
Basic administration of an Office 365 environment: Office 365 Admin portal, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra ID, and PowerShell
Basic administration of a hybrid Active Directory environment: user and computer objects, and groups
Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, Adobe, TeamViewer, VPN, antivirus, and malware software.
Install ERP and WMS software
Install and maintain network and local printers
Manage and deploy Office@Hand phone system
Performs other related duties and special projects as required
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in providing help desk support
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and Adobe)
Previous experience in remote assistant software to support remote users
Understanding of basic network routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
Team player with eagerness to learn
Availability to work a flexible schedule onsite between the hours of 7am to 7pm to support business need across the country
This position is in-office Monday - Friday.
