The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep manufacturing accounting expertise, and experience building scalable accounting operations in a regulated environment.

Ensure accurate inventory accounting across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve costing accuracy, inventory controls, and margin analysis.

Technical Accounting & Compliance

Lead technical accounting research and implementation for new accounting standards and complex transactions (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, leases, capitalized manufacturing costs).

Prepare and review technical accounting memos and ensure proper documentation and policy compliance.

Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.

Audit & External Relationships

Serve as the primary lead for external audits, including planning, execution, and resolution of audit findings.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial consultants.

Coordinate preparation and review of audit schedules, support requests, and financial statement tie‑outs.
